WHY DO I NEED TO BOOK ONLINE?

Booking ONLINE is faster and more convenient. You don't have to wait for our opening hours just to call and make a booking. Our online system is accessible 24/7 and you can see ALL available slots immediately. This way you don't have to call/email and go back and forth trying to find a suitable time to fit your service/s in.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE BOOKING ONLINE.

Our booking system is actually provided by SIMPLYBOOK, a global scheduling software provider and is not hosted on our website. It is hosted by SIMPLYBOOK and we embed a customised widget on our site hosted on the Amazon servers and should never be down. Plus, we would also know about it as we use the back end as our appointment diary, so if it didn't work NO ONE would be able to book and we wouldn't be able to operate. So if you are having issues it is most likely due to a slow internet connection or a browser issue. Try to refresh your browser, delete your cookies or try a different device or a different browser, if all these problems still persist Email: helpdesk@threadand.co and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE OR CAN'T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT?

Please log back into your account and you can easily CANCEL it. To log into the client area, either follow the link on your booking confirmation or from our website. You don't need to call us or email us. You will receive a notice via email when you successfully cancel. If you need to change your booking to another day/time more suitable or amend the services, as you have already paid, we suggest you first CANCEL so that you comply with our cancelation policy timeframes. Then get in touch via bookings@threadand.co immediately to ask us for your unique code that will allow you to go back and book again and once you add the code it will apply the credit of the previously paid amount.

Cancellations once actioned by you on time go into a REFUND queue and will take approx 1 - 10 days to finalise.

The system does not allow changes 3 hours before the scheduled time. Technically you are then liable for the total cost of the booking as it will be too late for us to fill that spot with someone else.

So, please make sure you pick the correct time/date and please change it if you cannot make it. As we see it, everyone knows what they are doing at least 3 hours beforehand and therefore we believe giving our clients 3 hours beforehand which is very generous of us. Most other places only give 24hrs.

So as a courtesy to us, please LOG back in and CANCEL it rather than simply showing up LATE or NO SHOWING as it is taking up a spot in the queue from someone who may be desperate to get their services done that day and they will miss out.

If you turn up late, even by two minutes, unfortunately it does cancel your booking, this is because we are back to back with services and DO NOT, as a rule ever run late for our bookings. We pride ourselves on running on time and therefore expect our clients to do the same. Most of our services are 5mins to 10mins in length. So if you are 5 mins late you have missed 50% of the allocated booking time. It's not like a facial where we can shave that time off and you can still receive the service. In our case we can't simply do one BROW and leave the other..... so please don't make a scene if you are late in the store. Just rebook for the next available and where possible we will always endeavour to fit you in earlier but if you miss your booking rightfully you should pay for that and wait for the next slot without complaining.

It also isn't fair to our staff to have to rush a service.

Our booking system does allow you to CANCEL your booking ahead of time to save these problems from happening, so if you do think you're going to be running late or can't make it we would really appreciate if you could sign in and just CANCEL and change your booking to a time that suits you best!

HOW DO I CANCEL/VIEW MY BOOKINGS?

You can CANCEL/VIEW your bookings by selecting BOOK tab and signing in by selecting the PROFILE icon. Once you SIGN in you will be able to navigate to the area where you can CANCEL.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

For the convenience of everyone we only take online payments. This is because everything we do is online and it is hassle free. It is stated on our website and when you book. To make it easier you pay online when you make your booking, so you can just turn up at your booking time, sit back and relax and let the girls take care of you!

WHY DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT LEVELS?

We have different levels as part of our ongoing training and development for our technicians and our promise to you is deliver a high quality, expert services. The levels allow our technicians to train and learn in a store environment as well as providing reduced pricing for our clients.

I CALLED THE STORE NUMBER BUT IT WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL?

We don't have a store phone. It is for TEXT only when you have an emergency and email won't do or we need to contact our clients in an emergency. WE ARE DIFFERENT. We are an ONLINE, self service based business. Email is the preferred and ONLY method of communications.

WHAT IS SO DIFFERENT ABOUT YOUR ELITE PRO BROW SERVICE?

ELITE PRO IS DIFFERENT! We don't ever just sit you down and start attacking your brows like other places, instead we spend the time analysing and talking you through how to get thicker, fuller brows. Our BROW ENGINEERS will analyse your bone structure, face shape, and brow condition. Your ideal shape will be discussed, as well as showing you what your final brow shape may look like. We take photos before, during and after and will also advise you on what to do to help them grow back. You will be placed on a BROW GROWING PROGRAM, where your growth patterns over the first 6 - 9 weeks will be monitored.

WHAT IS THREADING?

Threading originated in India over 6000 years ago. Threading is also superior and sensitive hair removal technique. Threading removes the hair from its root, giving you clean definition and is also gentle on your skin, unlike other hair removal techniques that tend to remove layers of skin and leave irritation and redness, threading does not do that.
