FAQ
You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

No problem! We can manage Local SEO and Google Ads for multiple storefronts, with separate tracking and budgets if needed. We’ll help you scale smartly.
We focus on what will move the needle for your shop: Local SEO and Local Google Ads. These strategies help ensure you show up when nearby shoppers are actively looking for what you offer.
Yes. Local SEO helps new customers find you, and it also helps repeat customers find your hours, location, and updates. Even if your foot traffic is solid, optimizing your Google Business Profile and business listings improves visibility, trust, and relevance in search.
Yes. We geo-target your campaigns so you’re only reaching shoppers within a relevant radius. That means more qualified leads at greater efficiency for your budget.
Yes. A/B testing works best on sites with consistent traffic and order volume. We’ll review your analytics to confirm if your store is a good fit, and if not, we can recommend other CRO strategies from which to start.
We specialize in Shopify exclusively for our CRO and on-site SEO services. For clients who want to run Google Ads, we also work with Woocommerce, Wix and other ecomm platforms.
Absolutely. We offer “Page Research Roadmap” reports that identify where your product listing pages (PLPs) can be improved. These are based on UX, content, and conversion best practices.
Not at this time. We stay focused on the channels we’re best at: SEO, Google Ads, and CRO. We’re happy to refer you to trusted partners for additional marketing needs, and we provide monthly holiday and trend research that can inform your social media strategy.
We partner with fashion brands who are ready to grow. We primarily work with Shopify ecommerce brands who are looking to scale, and brick-and-mortar boutiques and specialty shops who need local search visibility.
Onboarding is simple and straightforward. First, we collect permissions for your marketing accounts. You’ll always own your accounts, not us. Next, we’ll learn your brand, identity, customers and goals. This lets us build accurate, actionable reports and tailor our tools to reflect your brand from day one.
You’ll receive detailed monthly reports, plus access to a near real-time analytics dashboard so you can check performance whenever you want. We frequently create bespoke reports based on our conversations so that we can continue helping you improve performance and increase revenue. Our reporting is actionable – for you and us. We see that incremental improvements can increase profitability over time.
We’ve built a lean, efficient model that focuses on what actually works. No bloated retainers, no inflated hourly rates. We focus on right-sizing core services that drive real results to help grow your business.
You’ll get access to our Client Portal, and we’re available via email, Slack and Zoom. We don’t limit support to a fixed number of emails or calls. If you have a question, we’re here to help. One of the things clients love most about working with us is our high-touch approach to communication. In short, we care!
That’s exactly what our consult call is for. We’ll walk through your goals, your brand, and where we think we can help, without pressure or jargon.
You do. Always. We help you set them up (if you don’t already have them) or request access during onboarding. We believe it’s unethical for an agency to own your accounts with the leverage that comes with that.
Every brand is different, and we don’t make performance guarantees. In fact, Google’s policies prohibit us from promising specific results. That said, many of our Google Ads clients see between 4 to 10x ROAS. The right strategy, accurate conversion tracking and attention to detail make a huge difference.
No. You pay Google directly. We carefully manage your budget and optimize your performance, but we never take a cut of your ad spend. As you increase your spend based on performance, we become a smaller and smaller percentage of your overall marketing outlay.
It depends on your goals. There is a place for both Google and Facebook (Meta) ads, but they operate in very different ways.
Google Ads are almost entirely based on search intent. You’ll be showing ads to someone based on what they’re actively searching for. The average cost per click can be significantly higher due to competition, but you’re more likely to reach someone who’s actively shopping and thus more likely to convert.
Facebook (and Instagram) ads are about reaching your target audience. Only some of your audience may be actively shopping when they see your ad. The cost of clicks from Facebook are typically much lower and have much lower conversion rates. That said, brand awareness can lead to conversions later on.
We believe the best strategy doesn’t involve choosing one over the other. We track conversions, customer acquisition cost and ROAS, helping you choose and develop sustainably profitable channels that make sense for your brand.
